• Unfortunately, since this is a custom pet portrait, we can't offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged on arrival.

• Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with a soft cloth or bristle brush that has been soaked in warm soap water. Machine wash, max 40°C, normal cycle. Do not bleach, and do not tumble dry.
Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Do not dry clean. Fluff to reshape when assembled back together.
In order to prolong the life of the print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
