A. Chest Measurement:

• Begin by placing one end of the tape measure on the fullest part of your chest.
• Bring the tape around the back, passing under the armpits and over the shoulder blades.
• Complete the measurement by returning the tape to the starting point.

B. Waist Measurement:

• Find the narrowest part of your waist and place the tape measure around it.
